There are no order forms to complete
Please email me via enquiries@blackwillowtribal.co.uk and describe the item/s you would like to buy or have made. We will discuss what you want until I'm happy that I understand your needs!

Please note that shipping (P+P) is NOT inlcuded in the prices given on the Hip/Head/Body Wear/Other Items pages. Please see below for more information about shipping
Deposits
A deposit to cover materials costs is required for all "made to order" or custom items. Deposits can be made in person at events I am attending with the Blackwillow Souk, by personal cheque in UK or by Paypal. Please contact me via enquiries@blackwillowtribal.co.uk for more details
Payments
In the UK I will accept a personal cheque but items will only be purchased or made once the cheque is cleared. I will advise you of the name to be used on the cheque at time of ordering. I will also accept Postal Orders from those in the UK
UK and overseas buyers can use PayPal to make a payment. I will advise you of the email address to use at time of ordering
Sizing
If an item is being made to order then you will be asked to give complete sizing information. Belts with two panels can fit a range of sizes. Bra bases may only be available up to D cup - please ask. Alternatively, for decorated bras, you may supply your own well fitting bra and I will decorate and line it for you. The cost will be adjusted accordingly
Time Frame
Once a deposit has been paid for a custom order (Made to Order) you can expect to recieve your items within 3 - 6 weeks. If you are ordering something in stock it will be posted on the next possible working day after recieving your payment
Shipping
All items are shipped according to their size and weight. This will differ from order to order and shipping info is given once an order is complete. It is not my intention to make money from you by over-charging for shipping costs
Items shipped in the UK are sent Recorded Delivery to ensure that they arrive
Items shipped outside of the UK are sent via International Signed For Airmail. Please ask at time of shipping confirmation for insurance options
Packaging
Where possible all packaging is re-cycled to save costs and the environment
Returning Items
If you are unhappy enough with a purchase to want to return it I will accept returns and give refunds if the article is returned in the condition you recieved it within 7 days. I will offer refunds less postage costs, and Paypal costs if applicable
Copies of Others' Designs
I will not knowingly copy another designers "signature" items. Please contact the appropriate designer for their items if that is a look you love.
Authenticity
There are very few "antique" items left globally - as a colleague says, "Unless earthquakes in ******* throw up old items that have sunk into the ground, what you are buying is not authentic. Realistically how much more is left?" So if I can see from the way it's made and other clues that an item is older than 30 years (sometimes the benchmark for "antique" in this market!) I'll tell you. And if it's a very modern reproduction, I'll tell you.
PLEASE NOTE - items orignally from Pakisthan, Afghanisthan and India are usually pre-owned, have been used and will show signs of wear & tear. Pendants and cuffs may have stones missing, or glass inserts may have been replaced using glass chips and wax.....please be aware of this and ask before you buy
I make all items with love, care and attention. If there are particular elements that you want used in your custom orders that I do not have in stock when you enquire then I will direct you towards those vendors. You have a choice - you can get the items sent to me directly or get them delivered to your good self to add once you have your Blackwillow original design.
